Leadership Development Course for Line Level

The primary focus of the CPOA Leadership Course is the single most powerful way to grow as a leader – to become truly self-aware. With that said, the emphasis on instruction will be foundational. Students will be provided the necessary building blocks to grow into a position of leadership and be successful. Each student will build a foundation for individual and organizational growth using curated readings and two nationally recognized self-assessment profiles integrated with group introspective activities. A promotion to sergeant workshop is also included.
